Maintenance strategy and reliability improvements , ensuring robust preventive maintenance programs. Cost management and budgeting , working within approved budgets to optimize operational efficiency. Change management initiatives , driving improvements in maintenance processes and project execution. Collaboration with production teams , balancing maintenance needs with operational goals. Experience in change management , driving continuous improvements. Budgeting and cost management experience , including maintenance-related expenditures.
