What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead corporate matters across M&A, investments and shareholder arrangements.
- Advise clients on corporate reorganisations and broader business law matters.
- Take ownership of transactions, producing technically strong work with appropriate senior support.
- Build trusted client relationships through clear, commercially focused legal advice.
What You’ll Bring
- Around 4-6 years’ PQE with substantial experience in corporate law.
- Strong experience across corporate transactions, ideally including M&A and wider corporate advisory matters.
- Excellent technical drafting and analytical skills, with the judgement to manage work independently.
- A valid Solicitors Practising Certificate and strong client and stakeholder skills.
