What You'll Be Doing
- Shape the continued development and commercial performance of the Employment Tax service alongside senior leadership.
- Lead complex advisory engagements and senior client relationships across employment tax and compliance.
- Drive business development through target clients, proposals, pitches, existing relationships and wider referral opportunities.
- Build team capability through leadership, coaching and oversight of delivery, WIP and profitability.
What You'll Bring
- Deep UK employment tax expertise, ideally ATT/CTA qualified or with equivalent technical experience.
- Strong technical knowledge across PAYE, benefits, CIS, National Minimum Wage, HMRC enquiries and payroll-related matters.
- A track record of developing client relationships, identifying opportunities and contributing to new business.
- Senior leadership and commercial judgement, with the credibility to influence clients, colleagues and the wider market.
