Our client, a Global Nutrition company, is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join their expanding team in Northwest London (Hybrid).

Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing tailored training programs for independent sales staff at various levels of the marketing plan.
- Help independent sales staff enhance their knowledge of products, services, promotions, and the marketing plan.
- Support internal teams with training platforms for content delivery, material storage, and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging videos, collateral, and digital solutions for training.
- Provide regional support to localize training materials and offer guidance on training needs.
- Partner with event teams and independent sales staff to structure event training that meets attendee needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and refine training content for future objectives.
- Generate reports to track independent sales staff progress, training completion, and post-training performance.
