As Sales Director, Events , you’ll take ownership of a high-performing sales team, crafting and delivering a transformative sales strategy. You’ll drive revenue growth, modernize sales practices, and build strong market relationships, all while championing a customer-focused, inclusive culture.
You\’ll be key in shaping the future of an established business, working closely with senior leadership and partners across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver an ambitious sales strategy, event-by-event and across the business
Lead the transformation of sales operations to enable sustainable, accelerated growth
Mentor and develop a diverse, high-performing sales team
Overhaul sales inventories and pricing strategies to future-proof revenue streams
Build deep market intelligence and foster strong client and partner relationships

Requirements:
~10+ years of B2B sales leadership experience, ideally in events
~ Proven success in leading transformational change and growing revenues
~ Strong commercial acumen and strategic vision
~ Exceptional team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
~ Expertise in CRM tools, data-driven forecasting, and pipeline management
