We are seeking an experienced Global Account Manager, based in London, to take ownership of key portfolios across the Middle East. This role centers on enabling major clients to unlock value through data-driven insight and long-term strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the Middle East, a consultative sales approach, and a proven ability to grow and manage large-scale accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 20–25 strategic accounts in the Middle East.
  • Lead client transitions to enterprise-wide licensing agreements.
  • Execute structured account plans focused on long-term revenue growth.
  • Engage senior stakeholders to deepen and expand relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across product, marketing, and customer success.

Experience

  • Speaks Arabic, with at least 2-4 years’ sales experience in the Middle East.
  • 4 years in complex business to business sales (data, analytics, SaaS, or insight-based services).
  • Demonstrated success closing high-value deals ($150K–$300K+).
  • Experience in key or strategic account management roles.
  • Strong structured sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).
  • Skilled in account planning and multi-stakeholder selling.
  • Consultative, results-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder engagement.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and proactive.
