We\’re hiring a Finance Manager to lead UK & European financial operations for a fast-growing manufacturing and distribution business backed by private equity and entering a new phase of international expansion.

You\’ll work closely with the European MD and U.S.-based CFO to shape strategy, steer integration, and influence business decisions at group level.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reporting for the region
  • Manage month-end close, consolidation, and alignment with group standards
  • Oversee cash flow, tax, credit control, and customer collections
  • Ensure compliance across payroll, VAT, and statutory reporting
  • Support due diligence, integration, and purchase price allocation for M&A projects

What You\’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of finance experience in complex, international, or manufacturing environments
  • 4+ years of project or team leadership, ideally including M&A integration
  • Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency (Great Plains a plus)
  • Bachelor\’s in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or relevant certifications preferred
