What You'll Be Doing Shape the continued development and commercial performance of the Employment Tax service alongside senior leadership. Lead complex advisory engagements and senior client relationships across employment tax and compliance. Drive business development through target clients, proposals, pitches, existing relationships and wider referral opportunities. Build team capability through leadership, coaching and oversight of delivery, WIP and profitability. What You'll Bring Deep UK employment tax expertise, ideally ATT/CTA qualified or with equivalent technical experience. Strong technical knowledge across PAYE, benefits, CIS, National Minimum Wage, HMRC enquiries and payroll-related matters. A track record of developing client relationships, identifying opportunities and contributing to new business. Senior leadership and commercial judgement, with the credibility to influence clients, colleagues and the wider market.
