What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of M&A and equity transactions, acting as the senior point of contact for clients
  • Drive transaction strategy, structure and momentum across complex, time-sensitive deal processes
  • Own the quality, risk management and commercial outcomes of all client deliverables
  • Build regional presence by contributing to business development, internal referrals and team growth

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven track record executing M&A or equity transactions at Senior Manager level or above
  • Deep experience within financial services, including areas such as Insurance, Banking, Specialty Finance, Wealth, Asset Management, Payments or Fintech
  • Strong commercial judgement with the credibility to advise senior stakeholders in live deal environments
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior professionals within transaction teams
