Turn Your Business Services Network Into Something Bigger
Join an ambitious, internationally connected corporate finance platform where sector expertise carries real weight. This is an opportunity to broaden an established Business Services capability, originate mid-market M&A mandates and use your relationships to generate opportunities across a wider advisory platform.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Expand Business Services coverage, developing complementary sector depth beyond the areas already well covered by the team.
- Originate mid-market M&A and wider advisory opportunities through established relationships with business owners, management teams, private equity investors and corporates.
- Lead M&A engagements from origination and senior client engagement through to execution.
- Build long-term relationships across your strongest Business Services verticals and convert those relationships into mandates.
- Collaborate nationally and internationally to create opportunities across multiple service lines.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong UK mid-market corporate finance / M&A advisory experience at Director, Managing Director or equivalent level.
- Deep Business Services expertise with an established network of business owners, corporates, private equity investors and senior industry decision-makers.
- A demonstrable ability to originate and win M&A mandates and generate meaningful fee opportunities, rather than operating predominantly in an execution capacity.

- Commercial range to identify opportunities beyond M&A and connect clients with wider advisory capabilities.
Who This Suits
You’re a sector-led mid-market M&A adviser whose value comes from genuine market connectivity and the ability to originate, not simply execute transactions. You may already be operating at MD level or be a high-performing Director ready to step up.
