Grow major accounts in a rapidly evolving technology market

Join a high-growth technology training business working at the heart of AI, cloud, data and wider workforce transformation. This is an opportunity to build relationships with major enterprise clients, travel internationally and develop your earning potential as those accounts grow.

If you’re genuinely fascinated by how AI and emerging technologies are changing businesses and their people, you’ll have plenty to get behind here.

Why This Business

The business delivers bespoke technology learning programmes across 50+ countries and has trained more than 100,000 technologists. Its work sits at the intersection of technology and workforce transformation, supporting major organisations as they build the capabilities required for AI, cloud, data and software engineering.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop deep, trusted relationships across strategically important enterprise accounts
  • Expand stakeholder networks to identify new requirements, teams and opportunities within existing clients
  • Grow accounts through consultative cross‑selling and upselling aligned to genuine client needs
  • Shape client engagement by understanding evolving technology, learning and workforce capability priorities

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience developing and growing significant existing client accounts
  • Strong consultative services sales experience, ideally within learning, training or professional services
  • Evidence of expanding relationships across multiple stakeholders and business areas
  • Experience with technology learning and/or major financial services clients

Who This Suits

You’re a commercially minded relationship builder who gets more satisfaction from developing a major client than simply managing a renewal cycle. You naturally look beyond the initial stakeholder, understand complex organisations and identify where relationships can be broadened and strengthened.

You’ll suit this opportunity particularly well if you understand services‑led sales and know how to turn trusted client relationships into sustainable account growth.
