- Lead the UK transaction tax offering across buy-side and sell-side due diligence
- Advise private equity and corporate clients on structuring, SPA clauses and tax risk mitigation
- Build and develop a high-performing team
- Drive growth through origination, cross-referrals and post-deal advisory
