Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to gather insights and provide feedback to leadership.
- Maintain strong relationships with members, focusing on business strategy, sales performance, and training needs.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and ensure sustainable business models.
- Lead one-on-one or group meetings with members to support their business and align local initiatives with leadership.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in data analysis and presentation.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proven track record of growing business in a sales-driven environment.
- Experience in organizing and promoting corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and masterclasses (preferred).
- Expertise in managing budgets, conducting market analysis, and analyzing sales figures.
- Able to communicate and present effectively to senior management, fostering long-term relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
