Analyst - M&A Lead Advisory (London Area)

You’ll be involved in:

• Supporting shareholders and management teams through sale, investment, and growth transactions
• Analysing business models, financials, and value drivers to inform strategic decisions
• Building financial and operational insight to influence negotiations and outcomes
• Producing client-ready documents and presentations that shape transaction strategy
• Working side-by-side with leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced team

What they’re looking for:

• ACA-qualified (or equivalent) with c.1 year in Transaction Services or a similar deals environment
• A self-starter with clear leadership potential , charisma, and the ability to engage and inspire
• Highly coachable, eager to learn , and driven to build a successful career in M&A advisory
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and taking initiative in high-stakes situations
