What You’ll Be Doing
- Expand Business Services coverage, developing complementary sector depth beyond the areas already well covered by the team.
- Originate mid-market M&A and wider advisory opportunities through established relationships with business owners, management teams, private equity investors and corporates.
- Lead M&A engagements from origination and senior client engagement through to execution.
- Build long-term relationships across your strongest Business Services verticals and convert those relationships into mandates.
- Collaborate nationally and internationally to create opportunities across multiple service lines.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong UK mid-market corporate finance / M&A advisory experience at Director, Partner or equivalent level.
- Deep Business Services expertise with an established network of business owners, corporates, private equity investors and senior industry decision-makers.
- A demonstrable ability to originate and win M&A mandates and generate meaningful fee opportunities, rather than operating predominantly in an execution capacity.
- Strong sector credibility and the ability to develop senior client relationships over the long term.
- Commercial range to identify opportunities beyond M&A and connect clients with wider advisory capabilities.
