About the Role:
As a Logistics Account Manager, you\’ll be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met with excellence. You\’ll manage day-to-day operations, monitor KPIs, and build strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
· Managing individual customer accounts and ensuring operational excellence.
· Monitoring and reporting on KPIs and SLAs.
· Coordinating with warehouse teams and CRMs.
· Managing invoicing and ensuring accuracy.
· Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
· Building strong customer relationships via meetings, and phone calls.

· 1+ years of experience in logistics or a related field.
· Strong customer service and communication skills.
· Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in Windows Office and logistics management systems.
· A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
· Ability to work weekends on a very limited basis.
· A person who thrives within a team environment, and who shares our company values.
