Our client is an international asset manager headquartered in London. Thanks to the growth of assets under management, they are now seeking to hire an experienced financial professional to join their Performance & Analytics team.

The Performance & Analytics team occupies a key role in the organisation, supporting external stakeholders and internal objectives by providing consistent and high-quality information on the performance of assets under management.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Performance & Analytics, and leading a small team of your own, your key responsibilities will be analysing performance across different asset classes, providing modelling support for different client life‑cycle events (such as fund raising), ensuring mandate compliance across structured reporting and client engagement, and supporting the Investor Management, Portfolio Management, and FP&A teams as required.

Skills

The successful candidate for this VP, Performance & Analytics role will be a fully‑qualified accountant with team management experience and a strong understanding of the PE sector. You will need to be highly analytical and capable of both handling high volumes of numerical data and transforming this into useful information.
