Our client, a well known media group, is seeking a Temporary Commercial Finance Manager to join their team for an initial 6 month assignment with the strong potential to extend. The successful candidate will be a recently qualified accountant with strong financial modelling skills and planning and forecasting experience. The role is to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prepare budgets, forecasts and drive long-term revenue.
  • Review and rebuild the 5 year forecast model.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, board packs and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Provide support with various ad hoc projects as needed.

Skills:

  • Proven background in financial planning and analysis, preferably in media or a similar industry.
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Highly proficient in financial modelling, both reviewing, analysing and rebuilding.
  • Skilled in using financial systems and possesses advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerBI.
  • Thrives under pressure and excels at delivering results within demanding, fast-paced settings.
