Our client is an international listed consumer business with operations in multiple locations and over 40 countries, an extensive network across the UK, and revenues in excess of £3 billion. The business continues to expand through organic and inorganic strategies and requires ongoing performance analysis resources to support these strategic decisions.
We are now seeking an FP&A Manager for a newly created role, reporting into the Group FP&A Director in the London headquarters. You will mentor a number of analysts in the team and business partner with multiple senior stakeholders in the UK and internationally. You will be tasked with bringing together the corporate messaging through the consolidation of the regional quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and be actively involved in the production of board reporting packs. From a planning and performance perspective, you will play a key role in the annual budgeting cycle and business partner head office functions, supporting them with forward-looking forecasts, budget preparation, and helping to embed financial discipline and commercial insight across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong technical foundations and the confidence to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will have strong FP&A experience and will have previously worked in a consumer focused business – Retail, FMCG, Hospitality or Travel. You will bring excellent financial acumen, sound commercial judgement, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality outputs to tight timescales. Strong Excel capability is essential, alongside clear communication skills, a flexible mindset, and a service-oriented approach.
