Our client is a London‑based, global premium technology brand, with revenues of c. £300m and manufacturing and R&D sites in the UK, Europe, US, and Asia. Following a drive for change and transformation in the business, they are now looking to strengthen the commercial finance capability by expanding the FP&A function.

This role will report directly to the Group FP&A Manager and will be required to deliver high‑quality information and analysis to support and enable performance management and decision‑making. You will be responsible for regular month‑end reporting, budgeting and forecasting with ad‑hoc analysis, as well as contributing to the preparation of consolidated actual and forecast results of the business. Excellent communication is required to help form strong relationships within the group and work collaboratively within the FP&A team.

The ideal candidate for this FP&A Analyst role will be a graduate with demonstrable and impactful experience post qualification (CIMA /ACCA/ACA or equivalent), more specifically within an FP&A function. The successful candidate will be a self‑starter with a track record of driving improvements and delivering top‑class insight. They will be able to convey complex movements in forecasts and trends in a concise, actionable manner.
