Our client, a global healthcare business, is looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join their London team for a period of 6 months. You will act as a finance business partner to the Executive team and provide insightful management information to aid decision making. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with significant experience in a broad commercial finance role. The role requires an immediate start.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver insightful, relevant business and financial analysis and reporting on a timely basis.
- Act as commercial business partner to the leadership team.
- Develop comprehensive financial plans, budgeting, and revenue forecasting to align with company objectives.
- Monthly and quarterly reporting for senior leadership.
- Ensure robust financial governance and controls and communicate their benefit to non-financial audiences.
- Support the organisation to develop quality operational plans to deliver on department goals.
- Any ad hoc work that may be required across the finance function.
Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualified experience.
- Previous experience within commercial finance or business partnering within a large organisation.
- Demonstrable modelling experience.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in dealing with executive team and stakeholder requests.
- Advanced Excel is essential and previous use of Oracle would be beneficial.
- Previous experience within a PE-backed business would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
