Our client, a top-performing real estate fund management firm, is looking for a Real Estate Bookkeeper to join their growing London team. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in a similar role within property or financial services and take a proactive approach in assisting the finance team.

Description

  • Assist with preparation of quarterly management accounts and cash flow forecasts.
  • Complete bank reconciliations and assist with invoice processing.
  • Ensure cash flows and bank reporting are prepared accurately.
  • Responsible for running share register.
  • Prepare board minutes for quarterly board meetings.
  • Assist with compliance for new tenants, contracting parties and new investors.
  • Attend quarterly compliance meetings and assist with updating policies as required.

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years bookkeeping experience.
  • Previous experience within property, private equity or financial services.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with Yardi.
  • Proactive in problem solving with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
