The role involves all aspects of private equity, namely thematic origination, investment screening and due diligence, deal execution and portfolio management.
SkillsCandidates are likely to be ACA (or equivalent) qualified, with two to four years of relevant transaction exposure, most likely via financial due diligence (Transaction Services) or lead advisory corporate finance (M&A).This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading name in the UK mid market private equity space, with a long term career pathway to Partner.
