Business partnering with stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.
Developing clear policies and documentation for all key finance functions.
Manage subsidiaries and group tax filings across UK & US.Supporting acquisitions, including due diligence and post-deal system integration.
Driving ad hoc strategic and operational projects across the business.
SkillsThe skills of the Group Project Finance Manager include, but are not limited to: Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with previous experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment. Proven experience working in a highly acquisitive business, ideally within SaaS and/or professional services business.
Experience with ERP and accounting systems; exposure to Xero is advantageous.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving international business.
Analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable driving process improvements.
