In recent years they have developed an asset management offering to European investors and now have c. The success of this venture means that they are now looking to hire a Head of Portfolio Operations to support the continued growth of the asset management function. Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, the Head of Portfolio Operations will be responsible for ongoing portfolio management for all projects, including cashflow analysis, quarterly valuations, and dividend/distribution payment co-ordination. You will prepare quarterly reports for company boards, monitor company financials, liquidity, accounting, and tax reporting, and lead on corporate governance requirements. Our client is based in central London and are in the office four days per week. The successful Head of Portfolio Operations will have at least five years of demonstrable experience in asset management/portfolio operations. A professional qualification such as the CFA or ACA is preferred but is not essential.
