Responsibilities
- The role involves all aspects of private equity, namely thematic origination, investment screening and due diligence, deal execution and portfolio management.
Qualifications
- Candidates are likely to be ACA (or equivalent) qualified, with two to four years of relevant transaction exposure, most likely via financial due diligence (Transaction Services) or lead advisory corporate finance (M&A).
