Responsibilities
- Support investment, headcount and transformation business cases, challenging assumptions to enable informed decision‑making at senior leadership and Executive Committee level.
- Provide reporting, lead planning cycles and deliver forward‑looking insight on costs, risks and opportunities.
- Own the working capital toolkit and report benefits at a Group level, working closely with FP&A.
- Drive budgeting/forecasting and support scenario modelling.
- Own the working capital centre of excellence and drive cost control.
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Previous Group experience in a large organisation, turnover of £400m+.
- Experience in Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance within a complex, international environment.
- Strong automation or finance transformation skills.
- Commercial and cost excellence mindset.
- Ability to partner with senior functional leaders.
