Description
We are now seeking a Head of FP&A to join the finance leadership team and report to the Finance Director at its London headquarters. Managing a highly capable team across various locations, you will be tasked with ensuring the timely, accurate production of monthly group management accounts, alongside quarterly forecasts and annual budgets. Beyond reporting, the Head of FP&A will function as a trusted partner to the wider business, helping stakeholders understand performance, plan effectively, and make informed commercial decisions. You will be actively involved in the production of board reporting packs, including consolidation reporting to the parent company. From a planning and performance perspective, you will play a key role in the annual budgeting cycle and quarterly forecasting process and business partner head office functions, supporting them with monthly reporting, forward-looking forecasts, and budget preparation, in turn helping to embed financial discipline and commercial insight across the organisation.
Skills
This ideal candidate will be a graduate-qualified accountant with strong technical foundations and the confidence to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will have strong FP&A experience and ideally have previously worked in a consumer-focused business in a commercial finance or FP&A capacity. You will bring excellent financial acumen, sound commercial judgement, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality outputs to tight timescales. Strong Excel capability is essential, alongside clear communication skills, a flexible mindset, and a service-oriented approach. This is a broad, hands-on role with real influence across group reporting, forecasting, and decision support, working closely with the Finance Director and Director of Corporate Finance.
