Our client, a highly acquisitive SaaS business, is looking for a Group Project Finance Manager to support post-deal systems and financial operations integration. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with proven experience of M&A integration within a fast-paced international business. This is a predominantly remote role with one day a month in the office and requires an immediate start.
The responsibilities of the Group Project Finance Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for project management of financial operations integration.
- Business partnering with stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.
- Developing clear policies and documentation for all key finance functions.
- Manage subsidiaries and group tax filings across UK & US.
- Supporting acquisitions, including due diligence and post-deal system integration.
- Driving ad hoc strategic and operational projects across the business.
The skills of the Group Project Finance Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with previous experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
- Proven experience working in a highly acquisitive business, ideally within SaaS and/or professional services business.
- Experience with ERP and accounting systems; exposure to Xero is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving international business.
- Analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable driving process improvements.
