The successful candidate will work across the full lifecycle of buy-side and sell-side transactions, engaging directly with shareholders, management teams and senior stakeholders, while also contributing to the development of the firm's M&A platform as it continues to expand.
The roles offer a balance of execution and leadership. You will lead transaction workstreams, oversee financial modelling and valuations, and take responsibility for the preparation of high-quality client materials. You will be supported by Analysts within the firm, allowing you to focus on higher-value activities, client interaction and deal progression. You will also work alongside the Partners in managing junior team members, coordinating external advisers and driving mandates through to completion.

Experience advising technology-enabled or high-growth businesses would be advantageous, though not essential. A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping build a growing advisory business will be key.
This opportunity is well suited to an M&A professional seeking increased responsibility, closer exposure to Partners and decision-making, and a clear progression path within a firm where growth, autonomy and long-term development are actively encouraged.
