Our client, a PE-backed technology business, is looking for a talented Accounts Receivable Manager to join their London team. You will be responsible for oversight of all AR operations and play a crucial role in driving performance within the function. The successful candidate will have previous experience leading and motivating a team, building cross-functional relationships and automating processes. This is a hybrid role that requires at least 1 day in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily AR operations, queries and workload management.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the AR team to achieve collection targets and maintain engagement.
  • Monitor aged debt reports, identify risks and implement proactive collection strategies.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of all sales invoicing processes.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on AR performance, trends and areas for improvement.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimise cash flow and customer experience.
  • Contribute to cash flow forecasting and take responsibility for applicable balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Manage relationships with key customers and be the point of contact for complex queries, ensuring resolution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve communication.
