Our client is a newly formed and Europe focused activist fund who are looking to expand their high performing investment team.

Description

They have a proven track record in mid-cap investing (€1-10bn market cap) and will begin with an existing portfolio and capital. The fund utilizes private equity style research and active engagement to drive value, targeting a concentrated portfolio of 8-15 positions with a long-term AUM goal of €2-2.5bn. This is a unique opportunity to join a high impact investment team in London.

The role involves conducting in-depth research to identify investment opportunities and working directly with management, boards, and investors to create value. You will support the team's focus on specific industries and regions across Europe, contributing to the fund's activist strategy.

Skills

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Public Investing, with strong commercial judgment and financial modelling skills. Fluency in a European language (preferably Nordic), a collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and the ability to excel in a high responsibility, team driven environment are essential.
