Our client, a highly successful property investment firm, is looking for a talented Investment Analyst to join their London team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a broad investment mandate and gain valuable financial experience. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years financial modelling experience gained in a corporate finance, modelling or investment role.

Description

  • Review and underwrite a diverse range of real estate and related investment opportunities.
  • Build, review and interpret complex financial models and prepare related summaries to reflect return on investments.
  • Conduct research and prepare summaries of the industry, market and asset level trends.
  • Assist in managing the transaction process and liaise with external stakeholders.
  • Prepare investment committee materials.
  • Liaise with senior executives on behalf of team.

Skills

  • Minimum 1-2 years professional experience of financial analysis, modelling and valuations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised and adaptable to working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Self-motivated and ability to take initiative.
