Job Description REF: SK53342 Job Title: Fund Finance Director Industry: Private Equity Location: London Salary Guide: c. £150,000 – £175,000 base + bonus + carry + co-invest Our client is an leading, mainstream, private equity firm, based in London. Due to an excellent track record of performance and a committed, blue chip investor based, it has successfully raised a large new fund and diversified into new strategies. As part of the continued growth of the firm, we are seeking to appoint a Head of Fund Finance, to strengthen and manage the internal fund finance team. This is a key leadership role which will directly support the Chief Financial Officer. Key responsibilities will include: Management, leadership and development of a team of qualified Fund Controllers, Fund Accountants and junior support Managing the overall relationship with the fund administrators Developing a ‘best in class’ fund finance platform through identifying areas for improvement and implementing new systems as required Ensuring the team deliver on time across deal execution, capital calls and distribution notices, management accounts and audit, investor queries Overseeing and reviewing the team’s production of quarterly investor reports and accounts, partner statements, capital cal…
