Reporting to the Senior Finance Director, the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager role sits within an international regional team supporting an international market segment. It’s a position with real visibility, partnering closely with senior commercial and functional leaders and playing a central role in shaping financial insight, decision‑making and performance.
Description
You’ll take ownership of regional budgeting and forecasting, consolidate revenue and operating expenditure across multiple markets, and ensure robust, accurate commercial finance reporting. The role blends hands‑on financial management with strategic business partnering, requiring close collaboration with local country teams, global counterparts and non‑finance stakeholders. You’ll lead variance analysis, maintain planning systems and drive continuous improvement in how financial information is produced and used, as well as supporting the shared accounting function with their month‑end close duties. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to cross‑functional projects and help bring clarity and structure to a complex, evolving organisation.
Skills
This Financial Planning and Analysis Manager role will suit a qualified accountant with strong post‑qualified experience across revenue and OPEX in a multinational setting. You’ll be commercially minded, systems‑literate and confident operating in an ambiguous environment. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to influence across geographies and seniority levels. Experience in a high‑growth, biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences business will be advantageous but not essential. This is a role offering exposure, responsibility and the opportunity to do meaningful work in a business where finance has a genuine seat at the table.
