Operating at the forefront of its sector, the company has demonstrated an impressive trajectory of growth, both organically and through strategic acquisitions, and is well-positioned to scale further across the UK and internationally.

Description

Following a recent investment and a renewed focus on driving commercial performance, the business is seeking to appoint a commercially minded Finance Director to partner closely with the CEO and the Board. This is a critical appointment and will play a central role in shaping strategy, driving performance, and preparing the business for a potential exit event at the appropriate time.

Skills

The successful candidate for this Finance Director role will be a proven finance leader with experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will bring prior experience of working in a private equity-backed setting, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or a related industrial sector. A strong track record of business partnering, managing stakeholder relationships, and implementing scalable financial controls and reporting frameworks is essential. You will be comfortable operating both at a strategic level and hands-on, with the ability to lead a small but capable finance team.
