An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified accountant to join the Group Finance team in London. The Group Accountant will play a key role in the monthly consolidation, statutory reporting, and continuous improvement of group financial processes. The position offers broad exposure across the business and the opportunity to work closely with senior management in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the monthly group consolidation across multiple international entities.
  • Own intercompany reconciliations and support the year‑end statutory reporting process and group audit.
  • Maintain and enhance internal controls, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal policies.
  • Assist with preparation of management and board‑level reports, including variance and trend analysis.
  • Support finance transformation projects and process improvements across the group.
  • Liaise with regional finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

  • ACA qualified, ideally trained in a top‑tier audit firm.
  • Up to 2 years post‑qualification experience in a group accounting or financial reporting role, preferably within a multinational or high‑growth organisation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical capability, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, keen to learn, curious, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving, evolving business.
