In what will be a standalone cross‑portfolio role, we are looking for a strategic and pragmatic problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can make sound decisions quickly, and influence effectively across diverse stakeholder groups. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to drive actionable business improvements and implement meaningful changes.

More specifically, you will partner with the investment team to develop and deliver elements of the portfolio‑wide value creation strategy, providing insight into performance and identifying key areas of focus. This will involve project management of pivotal projects on topics such as AI, Cyber, Data Management, Portfolio C‑Suite activities and Team & Talent development.

The ideal candidate for this role will currently be working with a leading consulting firm or with a major accountancy public practice in a non‑audit role, ideally with experience gained working with mid‑market private equity funds. Most importantly, the successful candidate will have demonstrable pace and a proven ability to get things done.
