Our client is a FTSE 250 plc with revenues approaching £3bn and significant international operations. The Group continues to focus on sustainable margin improvement, operational efficiency, and optimising its capital structure to support ongoing global expansion.
Reporting to the Group CFO, the Group Treasurer will lead the Group’s global treasury strategy, ensuring effective liquidity management, funding, and financial risk control. The role oversees a team of four treasury professionals and works closely with Group Finance and senior stakeholders across the business.
We are seeking an experienced treasury leader with a proven track record in a complex, international environment, ideally within a FTSE 100/250 or equivalent organisation. The successful candidate will demonstrate deep expertise across liquidity, funding and risk management, alongside strong capital markets and stakeholder engagement experience. Experience in multi-site industries will be advantageous and a recognised treasury qualification (AMCT or MCT) is preferred.
Candidates should be commercially astute, strategically minded, and confident communicators and will combine technical excellence with strong leadership and influencing skills. The role requires sound judgement, resilience, and a collaborative approach.
