Description
We are currently seeking a Divisional Financial Controller, to lead the Group‑wide cash reporting and reconciliation processes, while also owning the P&L and Balance Sheet reporting for a portfolio of European legal entities. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial integrity, timely reporting, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, supporting strategic decision-making at both divisional and Group levels. Acting as a trusted partner to senior management, Group Finance and external auditors, the Divisional Financial Controller will provide strong technical leadership and financial oversight across their jurisdictions, with five direct reports and support from the international FSSC.
Skills and Qualifications
- Qualified accountant with strong post‑qualification experience in financial accounting, audit and statutory reporting, ideally gained within a complex or listed environment.
- High level of technical expertise across IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Proactive approach to continuous professional development, staying up to date with legislative, accounting and best‑practice developments and ensuring timely interpretation and implementation of relevant changes across the business.
