As part of this growth, they are seeking a Commercial Strategy Associate to join their central group strategy function in London.
Responsibilities
- This is a newly created role within a lean and high-performing team that works across the business to define and implement commercial initiatives.
- You will work across Commercial & Analysis Strategy, Growth & Innovation Initiatives, Pricing & Revenue Optimisation, and enjoy a large amount of cross-functional collaboration.
- The work is project-based, highly visible, and central to the executive agenda — the firm takes ideas from conception to execution at pace and this role is vital to building and maintaining speed.
Skills
- The ideal candidate for this role will have circa 2 years’ experience in a strategy consultancy, corporate strategy or similar industry, ideally within a fast-paced or digital environment.
- You’ll be highly analytical, a confident communicator, and able to balance commercial thinking with technical rigour.
- Experience in financial services is helpful but not essential and the ability to communicate and influence a diverse range of stakeholders is key.
