Our client, a leading technology platform, is looking for an Accounts Receivables Coordinator to join their London team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar function, automated systems and processes and enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic business.

The responsibilities of the Accounts Receivables Coordinator role include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the full day-to-day accounts receivable process including invoicing, collections and bank reconciliations.
  • Manage both internal and external relationships to ensure payments are timely and disputes are resolved.
  • Devise and enforce credit policies.
  • Monitor and follow up with overdue accounts and AR aging reports.
  • Assist with month end and ensure AR reporting is accurate.
  • Engage in process improvement and support the implementation of automated AR tools.

The skills of the Accounts Receivables Coordinator role include but are not limited to:

  • Ideally 2 to 4 years of previous experience in accounts receivable, credit control or a similar finance operations role.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS environment (desirable).
  • Prior experience with NetSuite (advantageous) and Business Central (desirable).
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Confident in collaborating with internal teams to improve billing and collections efficiency.
