Responsibilities:
- Work on a diverse mix of new-build and refurbishment developments with project values up to £25 million across the South East in commercial, residential, retail, leisure, and education sectors.
- Be client-focused and capable of dialoguing with external consultants.
- Support project running and design leadership within UK consultancy.
Qualifications:
- Chartered (or near Chartered) member of IStructE and/or ICE.
- Experience with design and project running in a UK consultancy environment.
- Locally-based or willing to relocate to the Brighton area.
