Candidates will need to be near or recently Chartered with IStructE and/or ICE, and will have gained good structural design and project‑running skills in UK consultancy.
They should have experience in Developer‑led residential construction and be capable of running projects working under the Associate Team Leader. Current workload includes several new‑build residential schemes with project values up to £100 million across London and the South East – some of them phased on fast‑track delivery programmes.
