Candidates should be Chartered members of IStructE and/or ICE and possess a BEng/BSc in Structural or Civil Engineering (minimum 2:1) from a top university. They should have gained solid structural design and project management experience within UK consultancy, with a portfolio of smaller practice projects. Candidates must be locally based or willing to relocate and have no visa issues.
The current workload includes a diverse range of projects, both new-build and refurbishment, with values up to £50 million, across London and the South East, spanning sectors such as residential (including developer and private client projects), commercial, leisure, retail, and education.
