Aim and Purpose of the role: To provide administrative support to the team.
Specific Duties:
- Receive training on how to assist with setting up new business/accounts and keeping client information accurate and up to date.
- Support the team by working alongside administration and support departments to help maintain timely and well-organised client records.
- Gradually develop skills in communicating with clients, providers, third parties, and internal teams under supervision.
- Assist with checking that client fees are processed correctly and help with basic monitoring of outstanding payments.
- Carry out general administrative tasks for the department as required.
- Learn how to upload, update, and manage information on the CRM system.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities appropriate to a trainee role as directed by the Line Manager or Director.

- Works well on own initiative.
- Ability to manage own, sometimes demanding, workload and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and tactful when under pressure.

- Financial Services administration background is advantageous but not essential. Investments desirable.
