We are looking for an experienced data protection officer to take the company forward with data protection policies and requirements.

The individual will have experience in data protection and be an aspiring expert in their field with a strong desire to implement compliant policies and procedures and liaise with the ICO where necessary.

The ability to complete compliant DSARs on time and understand and challenge what needs to be disclosed according with all necessary laws and regulations.

It is a challenging role requiring interaction with directors and senior management, as well as across the business.

Developing training and staying ahead of data protection challenges including the impact of AI and the risks it may pose to protecting data and systems.

The desired candidate is likely to already be in a similar position elsewhere and have a network of colleagues and development opportunities, being able to make recommendations to the firm on best industry practice.
