Senior CMC Director

Walker Cole International is searching for a Senior CMC Director to join a Cell & Gene Therapy company with an international footprint across Europe and North America. As the Senior CMC Director, you will lead the commercialisation of late clinical phase cell and gene therapy treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of CMC strategy across a portfolio of cell and gene therapy ATMP products.
• Manage a group of managers and directors.
• As the Senior CMC Director, you will be the launch lead for both clinical and commercial supply.
• Build and establish long-term relationships with contract manufacturing organisation (CMO) partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Biological Sciences
• Industry experience in biopharmaceutical, ATMPs and / or Cell Therapy.
• Extensive experience in Technical Operations, CMC and / Technology Transfer.
• Late phase clinical or commercial launch experience is highly desirable.
