Walker Cole are currently hiring for Lead AS&T Scientist to support the introduction and manufacture of an innovative product for a leading biologics manufacturing organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading analytical and microbial method transfer, validation, optimisation, and implementation activities
- Supporting new product introduction into commercial manufacturing
- Acting as a technical SME across analytical sciences within cross-functional project teams
- Investigating and resolving analytical and quality-related issues during manufacturing and development activities
- Supporting analytical capability build-out, training, and method implementation onsite
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across analytical sciences and testing strategies
- Ensuring activities are aligned with GMP and regulatory expectations
Experience required:
- Experience within biologics analytical sciences, MS&T, analytical development, or technical operations
- Strong experience with analytical method transfer and validation activities, ideally across multiple sites
- Experience supporting GMP manufacturing environments
- Hands‑on mindset with the ability to support implementation and troubleshooting activities onsite
