Walker Cole International is searching for a Supply Chain Planning Coordinator to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in the London area offering hybrid/remote working. As the Supply Chain Planning Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of supply from third‐party manufacturers and repackers to ensure a constant supply of product that arrives on time, in full, regulatory compliant, at budget cost and aligned with company inventory policy.

Responsibilities

  • Run the daily, weekly and monthly supply processes to ensure supply is aligned with inventory policy and demand.
  • Work close to the Demand Planning department, ensuring resulting purchase orders are placed and confirmed in line with inventory policy.
  • Maintain SAP master data relevant to Supply Planning.
  • Participate and contribute to the monthly third‐party IBP supply review.
  • Attend monthly commercial meetings and promote supply visibility and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Degree educated in Life Sciences, Engineering or Business.
  • Industry experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, consumer goods or food & beverage.
  • Knowledge of master scheduling principles.
  • Experience with SAP.
